在 FastPrintLA 网站下单或到店下单，即表示您已阅读并同意本条款、隐私条款、运输条款和保护条款。
一、订单成立
订单在您完成付款时成立，并对双方具有约束力。我们收到付款后即安排审稿和排产。
二、客户确认订单细节
付款前，请仔细核对产品类型、尺寸、数量、材质、单双面、覆膜、裁切、打孔等所有工艺选项，以及取货或配送方式。订单按您所选的规格制作。
三、设计稿确认为最终版本
如我们向您发送校样或预览，请认真检查文字、电话、地址、拼写、排版和图片。您一旦确认（包括通过邮件、短信、微信、WhatsApp 回复确认），即视为该设计稿为最终版本，我们将按此印刷。确认后发现的内容错误不属于重印或退款范围。如您未要求校样而直接提交文件，则视为您确认按所提交文件原样印刷。
四、颜色说明
电脑、手机屏幕显示的颜色（RGB 发光）与纸张和材料上的印刷颜色（CMYK 油墨）原理不同，成品颜色与屏幕显示存在差异属正常现象。不同材质、不同批次之间也可能有轻微色差。如对颜色有严格要求，请提前告知并提供 Pantone 色号或实物色样。
五、文件准备责任
客户负责提供可印刷的文件。建议：CMYK 色彩模式；实际尺寸下 300 dpi 以上（大幅面产品至少 100–150 dpi）；四周留 1/8 英寸出血；重要文字距裁切线至少 1/8 英寸；字体转曲或嵌入；优先提供 PDF 文件。我们可能会提醒明显的问题，但不负责检查文件中的内容错误。
六、责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，FastPrintLA 对任何订单的全部责任以重印该订单或退还该订单所付金额为限。我们不对间接损失负责，包括但不限于活动延误、营业损失、利润损失或第三方费用。
七、价格与付款
价格以下单时网站显示或我们书面报价为准，不含另行说明的税费、配送费。如价格因系统错误明显标错，我们有权取消订单并全额退款。
八、适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用美国加利福尼亚州法律。因订单产生的任何争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，由加利福尼亚州洛杉矶县有管辖权的法院处理。
九、条款更新
我们可能不时更新本条款，以下单时网站公布的版本为准。如中英文版本有不一致，以英文版本为准。

Confirmation Terms (Order & Service Terms) (English)

By placing an order with FastPrintLA online or in store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Protection policies.
1. When an Order Is Final
Your order becomes a binding agreement once payment is completed. After we receive payment, we begin file review and scheduling.
2. You Confirm the Order Details
Before paying, please check the product, size, quantity, material, single or double sided, lamination, cutting, grommets, and every other option, as well as pickup or delivery method. We produce your order exactly as selected.
3. Approved Artwork Is Final
If we send you a proof or preview, please carefully check text, phone numbers, addresses, spelling, layout, and images. Once you approve it (including by reply via email, text, WeChat, or WhatsApp), that artwork is final and we will print it as approved. Content errors found after approval are not eligible for a reprint or refund. If you submit files without requesting a proof, you agree that we will print them as submitted.
4. About Color
Screens display color with light (RGB), while printing uses ink on paper or other materials (CMYK), so printed color will differ from what you see on screen. Slight variation between materials and print runs is also normal. If exact color matters, tell us in advance and provide a Pantone number or a physical sample.
5. File Preparation
You are responsible for supplying print-ready files. We recommend: CMYK color mode; at least 300 dpi at final size (at least 100–150 dpi for large format); 1/8 inch bleed on all sides; important text at least 1/8 inch inside the trim line; fonts outlined or embedded; and PDF files when possible. We may point out obvious problems, but we do not proofread your content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPrintLA's total liability for any order is limited to reprinting that order or refunding the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed events, lost business, lost profits, or third-party costs.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are those shown on the website or in our written quote at the time of order, plus applicable tax and delivery fees unless stated otherwise. If a price is clearly listed in error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally; if that fails, the dispute will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
9. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the English version controls.
