一、门店自取（免费）

所有订单均可免费到店自取：1728 S San Gabriel Blvd Ste B, San Gabriel, CA 91776。订单完成后我们会通过电话、短信或邮件通知您。取货时请提供订单号或下单人姓名。

二、本地配送

按门店到配送地址的距离计费：

5–15 英里	$15
15–20 英里	$25
20–30 英里	$35
30–50 英里	$55

超过 50 英里请先联系我们确认是否可送及费用。配送时请确保有人签收，或事先告知可放置的位置；放置后的遗失风险由收件人承担。

三、全美快递

全美快递仅适用于名片、传单等小型印刷品，运费按结账页面显示或我们报价为准。横幅、硬板标牌、展架、旗帜等大幅面产品以本地自取或本地配送为主，如需外地运输请先联系我们单独报价。

四、混合订单

如果一个订单同时包含小型印刷品和大幅面产品，整个订单将按本地自取或本地配送处理。

五、制作周期

名片、传单等：约 4–6 个工作日制作；
大幅面产品（横幅、板材、展架等）：约 2–3 个工作日制作。

制作周期从付款完成且设计稿确认后开始计算，不含周末和法定节假日，也不含运输或配送时间。所有时间均为预估，不作保证。如有急单，请在下单前联系我们确认。

六、延误与责任

订单交给快递公司后，运输时间由承运商决定。因快递公司、天气、交通、节假日或其他不可控因素造成的延误，不属于 FastPrintLA 的责任，运费及订单款项不因此退还。请确保填写的地址准确；因地址错误产生的退回或重新寄送费用由客户承担。

七、收货检查

收到货物后请尽快检查。如发现包装破损或数量不符，请在收货后 3 个工作日内拍照联系我们。

Shipping Policy (English)

1. Free Store Pickup

Every order can be picked up free of charge at 1728 S San Gabriel Blvd Ste B, San Gabriel, CA 91776. We will notify you by phone, text, or email when your order is ready. Please bring your order number or the name on the order.

2. Local Delivery

Local delivery is priced by distance from our store:

For addresses beyond 50 miles, please contact us first to confirm availability and cost. Someone should be available to receive the delivery, or tell us in advance where it may be left; once left as instructed, risk of loss passes to the recipient.

3. Nationwide Shipping

Nationwide shipping is available only for small printed items such as business cards and flyers, at the rate shown at checkout or quoted by us. Large-format products (banners, rigid signs, displays, flags, etc.) are intended for local pickup or local delivery; contact us for a custom quote if you need them shipped.

4. Mixed Orders

If one order contains both small printed items and large-format products, the entire order will be handled by local pickup or local delivery.

5. Production Time

Business cards, flyers, and similar items: about 4–6 business days of production;
Large-format products (banners, boards, displays, etc.): about 2–3 business days of production.

Production time starts after payment is complete and artwork is approved. It excludes weekends, holidays, and shipping or delivery time. All times are estimates, not guarantees. For rush jobs, please contact us before ordering.

6. Delays and Responsibility

Once an order is handed to a carrier, transit time is controlled by the carrier. FastPrintLA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic, holidays, or other events beyond our control, and such delays do not qualify for a refund of the order or shipping charges. Please make sure your address is correct; costs for returned or re-sent packages due to an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.
