保护条款（退换与内容规范）（中文）

印刷品均为按客户要求定制，因此我们的退换政策以"谁的原因谁负责"为原则。
一、可以重印或退款的情况
如果问题是由我们的制作造成的，例如：印错文件、尺寸或数量与已确认订单不符、明显的印刷瑕疵（大面积污渍、严重偏位、裁切错误）、工艺漏做，我们将免费重印，或在无法重印时退还该订单款项。请在收货或取货后 3 个工作日内，附照片和订单号联系我们，并保留原件以便核查。
二、不予重印或退款的情况
- 客户已确认的设计稿中存在的错别字、拼写、电话号码、排版等错误；
- 客户提供的低分辨率图片导致的模糊、锯齿；
- RGB 文件转为 CMYK 印刷产生的正常色差，或屏幕与成品之间的颜色差异；
- 客户文件未留出血、文字离裁切线过近导致被裁；
- 客户选错产品、尺寸、数量、材质或工艺；
- 行业正常范围内的轻微色差、裁切误差（约 1/16 英寸）及数量的少量增减；
- 取货或收货后因客户使用、保存或安装不当造成的损坏；
- 超过 3 个工作日才提出的问题。
定制印刷品一经制作，不接受因"改变主意"而退货。订单开始制作前如需取消，请尽快联系我们；已产生的设计或制作费用可能会被扣除。
三、我们不印刷的内容
我们不承印以下内容：违法内容；侵犯他人版权、商标、肖像权等的内容（除非您拥有合法授权）；仇恨、歧视、骚扰或煽动暴力的内容；色情或涉及未成年人的不当内容；虚假证件、票据或可能用于欺诈的材料。
四、知识产权
客户上传或提供的所有文字、图片、标志及设计，客户保证拥有使用和印刷的合法权利。如因客户提供的内容引起任何第三方索赔，由客户承担全部责任，并赔偿 FastPrintLA 因此遭受的损失和费用。
五、拒绝订单的权利
FastPrintLA 有权在任何阶段拒绝或取消任何订单，包括但不限于内容不符合上述规范、文件无法正常制作、价格标示错误或怀疑欺诈。被取消的订单将全额退款。

Protection Policy (Returns & Content Rules) (English)

Every print job is custom-made to your order, so our returns policy is simple: whoever caused the problem is responsible for it.
1. When We Reprint or Refund
If the problem is our production mistake — for example, we printed the wrong file, the size or quantity does not match your confirmed order, there is an obvious print defect (large smears, serious misregistration, bad trimming), or a finishing option was missed — we will reprint at no cost, or refund that order if a reprint is not possible. Contact us with photos and your order number within 3 business days of pickup or delivery, and keep the items for inspection.
2. When We Do Not Reprint or Refund
- Typos, spelling, phone numbers, layout, or other errors in artwork you approved;
- Blurry or pixelated results from low-resolution images you supplied;
- Normal color shifts from RGB files printed in CMYK, or differences between your screen and the printed piece;
- Content trimmed off because the file had no bleed or text was too close to the cut line;
- Wrong product, size, quantity, material, or finish selected by the customer;
- Minor color variation, trim variance (about 1/16 inch), and small quantity overs/unders within normal industry tolerance;
- Damage from use, storage, or installation after pickup or delivery;
- Issues reported more than 3 business days after receipt.
Custom printed items cannot be returned for a change of mind. To cancel before production starts, contact us as soon as possible; any design or setup work already done may be deducted.
3. Content We Will Not Print
We do not print: illegal content; material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or likeness rights unless you hold the rights; hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or violent content; sexually explicit content or anything inappropriate involving minors; or fake IDs, documents, tickets, or materials that could be used for fraud.
4. Intellectual Property
By submitting text, images, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use and print them. You are fully responsible for any third-party claim arising from your content and agree to cover FastPrintLA's resulting losses and costs.
5. Right to Refuse
FastPrintLA may refuse or cancel any order at any stage, including when content does not meet these rules, a file cannot be produced, a price was listed in error, or fraud is suspected. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
